With the successful launch of the Laomerica 50: Democracy and Diaspora exhibit, there are many supporters and their families who made it possible for this to happen in addition to funding from the Minnesota Legacy Amendment. The following list is not exhaustive but will hopefully be a start to acknowledging everyone who committed time, resources, knowledge and other forms of support to this exhibit, which runs now until September 27th. Over 80 objects reflecting over 100 years of Lao history and culture in Southeast Asia, the United States and across the globe have been collected together to assist us as we reflect on how we made a tumultuous transition from a monarchy to a democracy.
